Shocking new details have arisen regarding Gina Carano’s departure from Lucasfilm, with sources claiming she racially abused Grogu, better known as Baby Yoda, on the set of Disney+ show The Mandalorian.
The incident reportedly took place on the final day of filming for season 2, and while the details are foggy, it’s believed that Grogu was caught stealing a protein shake from Carano’s locker, causing her to aggressively lash out at her co-star.
According to camera operator Jake Lavan who was on set at the time, an irate Gina was heard yelling to Grogu: ‘You best not touch my s**t again you little green c**t. Why don’t you f**k off back to your home planet’.
This wasn’t the only time that Gina’s behaviour was flagged during production. There had also been instances of thinly-veiled xenophobia towards Din Djarin, with the former MMA fighter calling the show’s main man a religious zealot. She also criticised him for wearing a mask.
However, it was this week’s comments which proved to be the straw that broke the camel’s back, with Carano comparing the treatment of Republicans in America to that of Jewish people in Nazi Germany.
If you want to get yourself fired, this is the way.
